Do you provide Motorbike airport parking?

Europcar offers special motorcycle pricing, please call our customer service staff for a great rate on 9999 2688. All motorbike parking is Undercover and we are more than happy to mind your Jacket and helmet while you are away free of charge.

I am flying Tiger Airways , where is that?

Tiger Airways flys out of terminal (T4) which is located a very short work from Terminal (T3) Unfortunatly Melbourne Airport corporation do not allow carpark shuttles to drop at Tiger. However we drop you at terminal 3 out the front of Virgin Australia and it is a short walk to the terminal. Disabled people are exempt and we would be happy to drop you at the terminal T4.

What happens if I do not know my return date?

If you are travelling and do not know when you will be returning into Melbourne Airport just book your parking with the earliest date you could return. If you have to extend it will be no problem and we can charge you the extra days when you return.

Do you charge cancellation fees?

Europcar Parking does not charge cancellation fees. We understand that certain circumstances can change plans and do not mind if you cancel, even at the last minute!

Do you suggest I make a Booking?

Europcar Parking recommends bookings at all times. Melbourne Airport can be very busy and demand for our services are very high. You can book on this site or call (03) 9999 2688 to speak with one of our friendly staff.

What time do I have to Arrive at Europcar?

We suggest you allow at least 10 – 15 mins to arrive at Europcar before you wish to arrive at your terminal in Melbourne Airport. Please allow an extra 5-10 mins if travelling Monday and Tuesday Mornings between 6am and 10 am. This is peak time at the Melbourne airport. Europcar recommend you plan your trip before leaving for Melbourne Airport e.g Is there traffic today, do I have a map, will there be road closures?

Do I need to leave keys with you?

Europcar is a Valet service and as such require your keys to park your car. This level of service benefits our customers as we have your car waiting for your return. The other benefit is that you will never loose your keys while you are away.

Are you Undercover?

Europcar Airport Parking provides undercover or outdoor parking. Due to our Undercover option being valet parked, your vehicle may at times spend a short period outside while our parking warehouses are sorted. Both options are secure 24 hours a day so you can feel relaxed knowing your car is safe. Please visit our rates page to compare prices.

I am concerned about security?

Europcar Airport parking prides itself on security for your vehicle. We have a fully networked motion detect CCTV camera system covering our whole site. Europcar is also staffed 24 Hours and our parking bays and warehouses are patrolled 24 hours and there is no public access. All cars are locked and keys are kept in a secure manned office.

Do you have a child seat on the bus?

Europcar Airport bus service runs on demand and as such we are unable to provide child seats. We recommend that you drop your partner with your children off at the terminals first and then park your car with us.
