My wife & I always use Europcar, when parking at Tullamarine. Never had any issues. The counter staff & drivers are always helpful and polite. Never have to wait long. Highly recommend and would not use any other service.

Service like this is so rare these days. Polite. Efficient. Punctual. Affordable. You guys are doing a great job and many businesses should take a leaf out of your book. What a surprise to see my car ready to go on arrival back at the carpark. Seemless service and saved a load of time and money...will always be using Europcar from here on in. Sep.2012

My wife and I parked our car there a couple of years ago .They shuttled us to the air port in good time enabling us to connect us to our flight.
Then on our return we just had to ring for them to collect us to pick up our car. So their service was streamline for us.

We parked our car with you last week (Aug 2012) and I just wanted to thank you all - and commend you on a great service! We’ve used several airport carpark facilities in the past, but will certainly be returning to Europcar. The service was friendly, efficient and fast! Other companies should watch and learn!

Great, that's all we can say about Europcar. So efficient and punctual. We have used you for many years and don't think there is a better service around.
Much better option to taking a taxi to the airport!

I have been using Europcar Car Parking at Melb Airport over the last 9 years.
I find them VERY reliable compared to all the other services around.
Bookings, drop-offs and pick-ups are very straight forward and efficient.
I always use these guys and always will.
